Forgot how to sign in?

AnyAccent uses email one-time codes — no password to remember. Open the app, enter your email, and we will send you a 6-digit code.

Want to request a language or accent?

Email us with the locale code (e.g. en-NZ for New Zealand English). We track requests publicly on the Languages page.

Found a bug?

Email a screenshot + the page URL + what you expected. We reply to every report.

Want a refund?

Every subscription begins with a 7-day free trial — cancel during the trial in Settings → Manage subscription and no charge is raised. After the first paid invoice, refunds are processed by Paddle (our payment processor) under their Refund Policy. Request directly via your Paddle receipt, or email us with "Refund" in the subject and we will forward the request to Paddle. See the Refund Policy at /refund for the full mechanics.

Privacy, legal, or billing question?

Same email — put "Privacy", "Legal", or "Billing" in the subject and it gets routed correctly. GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA requests are handled within 30 days.

Press, partnership, or integration?

Same email — put "Partnership" in the subject and we route it to the right person.

Typical response time: 1–2 business days. We are a small team.

Subscriptions are sold through Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Legal entity and registered address are listed at /terms.
